Conversion chaining should use FileID insted of URL

In case of conversion chaining  https://github.com/ConvertAPI/convertapi-library-ruby/blob/master/examples/conversions_chaining.rb
files that are already on ConvertAPI file server should be referred only by `fileid` and never by URL on subsequent conversions.
