Fix "Deploy to Netlify" button

It would be ideal to be able to have the button on a website that anyone could click and be on their way but right now it just creates an empty repo for some reason. The workaround we are currently using is to use Github's "use this template" and logging into Netlify and clicking "create new site" and pointing to your newly created site.
