看项目是精准匹配的缓存，可以尝试另一种模式，Qdrant加一个QA缓存collection，可以对比问题与缓存问题的相似度，设定一个阈值，高于阈值命中。类似https://github.com/wslyyy/LinguaDB/blob/main/storage/storage.go
