User edits their original question in the FinalFormField #72
Description
A user clicks on a pencil icon and the h3 is dynamically changed into an input element so they can update their question before submitting
- Create onClick function to convert h3 to input and then back into
- Have error handling setUp for if they try to delete their entire question without adding a new one
- onClick function will need to dispatch to the store
