Save and load the stimulus domain #173
Description
The stimulus domain can be set, as shown in the demo https://computationalphysiology.github.io/simcardems/custom_stimulus_domain.html.
This domain is not saved to file and therefore cannot be used when loading a previous state. We should save the domain and be able to load or overwrite it for a continuing simulation.
