Server: Create chess puzzle framework

Task Description:

Create chess puzzles for the user to play on their own

Implementation Steps:

Create the puzzle dialog
Allow the user to choose a puzzle
Tell the user when they're correct
Undo a move if the user is incorrect
Make a framework for adding more puzzles

Stuff from lichess is probably fine
