How is the feature request related to the problem?

Some sites may have issues loading the default DNS provided by the ISP. Though, this can be workaround using the Windows' DNS settings. I don't see the problem adding it tbh.

Adds custom DNS options on the Settings.

Additional context

Preferably, use IPv4 or DNS-over-HTTPS protocol.
