[Bug]: Prevent user to close the app when patching

Bug Behavior

after upgrading the game, I waited for launcher to do patching, but I accidentally close the launcher, and when I wanted to do patching again instead downloaded the update again

Expected Behavior

I hope Collapse can fix this, that's all

Steps to reproduce

1. update the game
2. wait patched game
3. close the game
4. when i try to repatching again instead told to be updated again

You can edit the version in config.txt next to StarRail.exe to 3.0.0 then restart Collapse
Then do a full repair as some assets are most likely corrupted

Cc @CollapseLauncher/core-maintainers need a way to stop instant close btn action when patching games
