Lowercase if not acronim #7
Description
The speech engine speaks the text letter by letter if the text is written in uppercase. we should lowercase it if someone writes you in UPPERCASE. maybe we can just use a blacklist for known acronims or just asume its not an acronim if there are more than N uppercase letters in a sentence
