What is your suggestion, and why should it be implemented?

Well, my suggestion is that, to add it, with some function or variable, to change the colors of some object that is being applied, for example, the notes, And if a Sprite is created that has those 3 colors, then with a function or variable you can adjust the colors, I think you understood what I meant about the notes.

Another example is when you finish the character editor (when you can add characters) or edit the character XML, the color of the notes is modified

Yeah, you can easily code it through onPostStrumCreation(event) and onPostNoteCreation(event) events, but you will need a single-color note skin to make it work, so it's not necessary a native system.
