This is a pretty hard issue because there isn't a lot of information currently in the README. Neither the docker-compose or the Deployment process work exactly right. While the servers come up with both methods, it's not obvious what the expected behavior is supposed to be.

I don't think this is a great hacktoberfest issue without additional information about what the project is trying to do.
