build(Worker): Expand minified ESBuild config files with source maps

Reverse the minification applied in cc40eef by expanding Target.js and Worker.js back to readable format with source maps. The expanded configuration includes proper variable names, comments, and formatting to aid debugging ESBuild pipeline issues.

The underlying configuration logic remains unchanged - only the representation has been expanded for better developer experience when diagnosing build problems.
