Current behavior
Actually there is no way to publish an article in a group.

Expected behavior
I want to publish an article in a group.
I want to give an article permissions to an entire group.

What is the motivation / use case for changing the behavior?

• Add new group permissions:
  • "Ask to publish an article": [members/groups]
  • "Publish an article": [members/groups]
• An article's leader can add a group into the permissions (if it has the permission to)
• In case of the member has only the permission to ask to publish in a group, a question notification has to be sent to every group's leader.
• Add a special /wiki/me page to display my articles (published and private)
