[FR] Add a Numeric Input card with "+" and "-" buttons

Currently, Bubble Card uses a slider for numeric inputs.
It would be great to have an alternate option that allows you to increment or decrement the value using "+" and "-" buttons, similar to what is available for the climate entities (see below).

Sliders are a useful tool for making quick adjustments, but they can lack precision, particularly on smaller screens.
Adding "+" and "-" buttons would allow users to increase or decrease values with more accuracy, making the interface more usable in scenarios where precision is crucial.

This is a workaround. It uses a script for + and - operations.
Side note: Reason for passing the climate entity to to the script is to read the set temperature steps.

Thanks for the suggestion, it's very similar to what I'm currently doing.

For input_number entities, on the tap action, I use actions to increment and decrement the value directly, while on the hold action, I use actions to set the minimum and maximum values.

For number entities, however, I still use a supporting input_number entity. This way, I can quickly modify the value of the input_number and then apply it to the number entity using a script once I finish modifying the input_number.

The two red values are input_number entities, while the green one is a number entity.

For the number entity, I display its status so that I can confirm when the value has actually been written.
