Welcome to the Teaser Wiki!

Introduction

The current version of Teaser includes the following features:

  • Configurable simulation of data sets, importing custom simulated data sets and real data
  • Benchmarking different mappers
  • Benchmarking mappers for different parameter sets

For getting started with Teaser, we recommend reading the tips on the main page at https://github.com/Cibiv/Teaser .

To get started using the command-line version of Teaser see Command Line.

For details on how to define simulated and real data sets see Defining and Importing Data Sets.

For information on how to load, create and use parameter sets see Mapper Parameters.
