Cut release v0.10.2. Pending changeset on develop: landing-hero-clean-60fps (patch) — the caption-free 60fps true-16:9 landing hero video (#896 / PR #898).

Release steps per CLAUDE.md:

1. Curated dated release-notes file (release-notes-20260607.md — 20260605/20260606 are taken by v0.10.0/v0.10.1; the workflow picks the most-recent dated file) + empty changeset → PR to develop
2. Promote develop → main
3. Review + squash-merge the bot's release/v0.10.2 PR
4. Manually merge the sync/post-release-v0.10.2 PR with a merge commit (never squash)

Release complete: develop→main #903 merged → release bump #904 squash-merged → v0.10.2 tag + GitHub Release published → sync PR #905 merged back to develop as a merge commit. merge-base(main, develop) == main HEAD verified — no phantom-bump drift.
