Create a Microsoft Teams Chatroom for the Local Team

As a member of the local team (i.e., colleagues who booked a desk for a given day), I want to start a chat with all colleagues who booked a desk on the same day, to exchange on locally relevant topics like lunch. If the chat has already been started, I want to automatically join it if I booked a desk for the day.

Would that mean everyone automatically leaves the chat at the end of the day / end of booking time or everyday there will be a new groupchat which would end up as spam?
