Offline Conversion tracking?

I don't see this in the documentation, but is offline conversion tracking possible with this api?

Hey there, For some reason I'm having a really hard time following both your docs and googles docs on tracking offline conversions via the adwords api:

My goal is to track a customer via a GCLID cookie on purchase, but not mark it as a conversion until the product they order actually ships. I'm assuming I would send "GCLID" "ConversionData" to some api, but I'm having a challenging time converting the PHP to compatible code.

I would also love to know how to upload offline conversions using this node-adwords library. This is super important to me.
