Unable to open QAM / right-menu

After updating to v47, I am unable to open QAM/right menu when on a steam or steam-plus session.

Ctrl+f2 on a keyboard or Xbox+a do not work anymore.

What controller are you using?

You may have a bad gamepad layout. Try going to Settings -> Controller, select the gear icon under "Desktop Layout", then select "Reset Controller Layout to Default".

It's an Xbox one/series controller. That somehow gets recognised by the OS as an Xbox 360 one (not sure what's the driver doing there). Tried to reset the layout as you suggested, but no dice. And I am unable to access the menu while using an USB keyboard as well, Ctrl+2 won't work anymore. Tried on both steam and steam-plus sessions with same results. Weirdly while on a opengamepadui session it works just OK with both controller and keyboard. Used to work OK before the latest update.

The problem is we switched drivers to xpadneo, but by default xpadneo uses Xbox+A and other combos for its own purposes.

Here is a workaround to disable that feature and allow button combos to work:
