ui操作界面缺少部分自定义选项
切换不是很方便

Desired Solution

1. 侧边面板（而非跳转新界面）

交互方式：

点击助手按钮后，从左侧滑入一个浮层面板
面板覆盖在主内容上方，或者推挤主内容区域向右移动
面板外部区域点击可关闭
视觉建议：

2. 左侧助手栏自定义宽度
交互方式：

在侧边栏右侧边缘放置一个拖拽手柄
鼠标悬停时手柄高亮提示可拖拽
拖拽时实时改变宽度
视觉建议：

│ 助手栏内容 ‖ ← 拖拽手柄 │ ‖ │ ‖ 手柄样式：竖线 + 双向箭头图标 ↔ 设置最小宽度（如 200px）和最大宽度（如 500px）防止过度拖拽 可加双击手柄重置为默认宽度的功能 宽度记录到本地存储，下次打开保持上次设置

3. 导航栏始终显示文字选项

在设置中加入一个开关 Toggle
