@ilmatematico This plugin just provides the virtual webcam and is program agnostic.
Under "Video Camera" you have selected DroidCam, not the virtual cam provided by this plugin.
Btw, DroidCam defaults to showing an orange screen when no input is present and is the thing you see here.
OBS virtual-cams ARE NOT available in the dropdown list

That's a different matter then. Just as a hunch:
Programs often do no list Inputs with no signal. Make sure the virtual-cam is started and OBS sends an image.
Also, depending on the setup, if another program using the webcam is open, it will be blocked in another and will be thus not listed.
