Spigot compile issues #105

Whatever compiling spigot, it always said "Sadly, it appears compiling failed.". Especially on 1.9.4 when I chose the Minecraft title screen seed, the error will always pop up when installing spigot.

Current java installed: Linux Arm64 OpenJDK 17.0.11 Debian
Running on Raspberry Pi headless OS 64-bit 8GB RAM
