Keeping an eye on this vulnerability in torch

Since AI Runner is offline, and we have locked down huggingface and various services, I'm currently not concerned with this issue - however I want to point it out and my reason for choosing to ignore it at this time.

This is no longer an issue, especially with the upcoming 3.13.3 python upgrade
