Root Cause: MySQL host-based authentication failure. The server at 34.100.196.208 doesn't allow 'root' login from your IP (154.210.228.26).
Solutions:

Grant remote access on MySQL server:

sql CREATE USER 'root'@'154.210.228.26' IDENTIFIED BY 'your_password';
GRANT ALL PRIVILEGES ON . TO 'root'@'154.210.228.26';
