Create Python 3.14 Wheel and upload to PyPI

I would love to be able to install this with Python 3.14; currently the wheel doesn't allow that (due to the defined python_requires.

I started the discussion at CadQuery/OCP#184, but it was suggested this might be a better place.

It seems the VTK has published Python 3.14 wheels to their Package Repository, but not PyPI yet. See their Issue #19824 and #19845.

We plan to decouple build123d from VTK with the next release and as such Python 3.14 can be supported for build123d.
CadQuery will continue to be dependent on VTK and Python 3.14 depends on VTK support of it.

It would be great if they could add Python 3.14 to VTK 9.5.1 on PyPI -- I have never seen them upload new Python support to previous VTK releases (again, on PyPI specifically). Could you file an issue with them and see if they are amenable to this?
