Character selection suggestion

RESTRICT SAME CHARACTER PICKS:
Add an option to restrict players from choosing the same character twice in simul or team mode, i believe Ikemen GO already has a function like that and i think it could be interesting if implemented in Ultra.

This is called "Team Duplicates" and is already available in Checkpoint Build you can setting it via Options - Game Settings - Team Settings - Team Duplicates [NO]

If Team Duplicates is Enabled players can choose same character else if Team Duplicates is Disabled, players can't choose same character like Ikemen GO/Team Mode-based games.

However in the Checkpoint Build of Ikemen Plus Ultra, this feature is still under development since not works properly when the Character Select timer is over or the random selection still choose a character that's already been selected if Team Duplicates is disabled.

This feature is expected to work correctly in the Release v1.5.0
