<p>Students can and have made a difference in the world we live in today. <br><a class="emph">College Students Change the World (#CSCTW)</a> believes that students' stories offer relatable exemplars who inspire others to become leaders of positive impactful change.
This is the first phase in an online archive of primary and secondary source documents collected by <a href="https://elps.utk.edu/people/karen-d-boyd/">Dr. Karen D. Boyd</a>, colleagues, and <a href="https://elps.utk.edu/leadership-studies-minor/">University of Tennessee students.</a> <!--Note from Zac: this was a 8/5/20 change where these was replace: "collected by Dr. Boyd, colleagues, and students."-->

<h2>Katie Koestner <br>Changes the Campus <br>Date Rape Culture</a></h2>

<p>Katie Koestner, as an undergraduate college student, changed the narrative around rape at the College of William and Mary, and across higher education. <br><br> Her advocacy introduced and her testimony successfully encouraged the inclusion of the Victim’s Bill of Rights in the Clery Campus Crime Act (Kay & Watson, 1991). She continues to do so in her role as President of Campus Outreach service for the Take back the Night Foundation.</p>
