Alert for unpredicted crash

Sometimes when we do some incorrect operation, we cannot click or draw connections or components and we have no clue about it.

**Describe the solution you'd like**
When we find we cannot click or draw connections or components, please raise an alert window to remind the user there is a issue, and why it raises the issue.
