Checker v2.0 missing CLSID #8

Description

@CravateRouge

It seems Checker v2.0 is missing some usable CLSID on win server 2022, for example 5167B42F-C111-47A1-ACC4-8EABE61B0B54, maybe because there is no AppID associated with it?

Also it would be nice to have default Launch/Access permissions explicitly written with AuthLevel/Implevel in the output.

Also I don't know why but I have some extra columns named "column1", "column2"... in the CSV
