Support for inverse phase transitions #4
Description
Add support for "inverse" phase transitions, where the transition is endothermic. The velocity profiles are negative and by symmetry the same as those for droplets. When implementing this, one should be careful with all the sign changes. Please see arXiv:2406.01596 for details.
