Unclear if changes to role access on Collaboration page are updating. #1071
Description
I changed a collaborator's role on this page, and there was no message or confirmation. Without a Save button, I wasn't sure if it was actually saved or missing a button. We should add a toast notification that the role has been changed so people know they don't need to hit another save button.
