I know that we have a basic Table component in the frontend app, but we should probably flesh out how we want the different fields to display

• Copy the Plan Create view for Research Outputs table
• Opens up like other Question Previews
• No need to save data entered into it
• No need to show how the outputs look after entry - just the entry form
• • It's fine to show that if its easier
