Replace Dynamo index table with OpenSearch installation

Deploy OpenSearch in DMPTool production environment.

Check list:

• OpenSearch resource check (enough space for DMPTool PRD including ROR and other large tables)
• Create the DMPTool Prd index in OpenSearch
• Define DMPTool search/OpenSearch SLA
• Setup Nagios alert
• Define Backup plan when OpenSearch becomes unavailable
• UI Tests - search + reports + basic functional tests

Production deployment schedule:

• Create prod index
• Start populating and testing
• Prd deployment: 1 or 2 weeks afterward
