Setup AWS Chatbot Slack configuration in Cloud Formation templates #146
Description
We got AWS Chatbot sending CodePipeline notifications for the frontend code to the dmptool-ci channel on slack. We need to set this all up in Cloud Formation so we can automate the infrastructure.
I started this in the chatbot-backend branch. For some reason though the notification defined in the code pipeline template fails with an ambiguous error from AWS.
