Update Shibboleth Wayfinder discovery page URL

InCommon is changing the look and feel of their discovery page on 10/23.

We need to update our shibboleth2.xml files on the current stg/prd servers for the DMP Tool as well as in the new containerized version we are creating for the new system. The following week.

The old URL is:

The new URL is:

It will be on 11/23, not 10/23. I'll add a note about downtime to help pages this week.

Per an email from the requestor:

The Wayfinder updates were made to all servers we managed who used the old login page. The existing URL will still work; however it will be deprecated by EOY. To prevent login issues, Brian should update the affected DMP servers from the endpoint https://wayf.incommonfederation.org/DS/WAYF to https://wayfinder.incommon.org/.

He mentioned this is something Ashley may need to take care of.

@ashleygould will you be able set this up next week. InCommon is changing their WAYF (which I just learned means "where are you from") URL for the discovery service. Its very low risk to the DMP Tool application itself I think since we do not send users there except when they're testing out new SSO setups using our cgi-bin endpoints.

I found this documentation about the switch. It looks like we have to go in and add our info on the InCommon site and then update out shibboleth2.xml.

Lets test it on the stage hosts first in the main account. We'll also want to do this in the new UC3 env ECS container.
