1. License Grant

The Licensor grants the Licensee Department a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use Muninn and Muninn Admin ("the Software") for the license period specified in the issued license file.

Scope: One department
Term: One year from issue date, renewable annually
Users: Unlimited trainees and educators within the licensed department

2. Department Responsibilities

The Licensee Department acknowledges and agrees that it is solely responsible for:

Data Protection

Anonymizing all DICOM files before import into the Software
Ensuring no patient-identifiable information is present in case content
Managing trainee personal data in accordance with institutional policies and UK GDPR
Controlling access to the department network share containing training data

Content Accuracy

The accuracy and appropriateness of all case content created using the Software
Model answers, teaching points, and educational materials added to cases
Ensuring case content is reviewed by appropriately qualified personnel

Appropriate Use

Using the Software for educational and training purposes only
Ensuring users understand the Software is not for clinical diagnosis
Not representing Software-based assessments as formal qualifications

3. Limitations

The Licensee Department acknowledges that:

The Software is a training tool only and is not intended for clinical use
The Software does not provide formal accreditation, certification, or equivalence to any RCR examination
Performance in mock exams does not predict real examination performance
The Software is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind
The Licensor has no access to and accepts no responsibility for any data created or stored by the department

4. Data Ownership

All data created by the department (cases, trainee records, exam results) remains the property of the department
The Licensor does not collect, access, or store any department data
All data remains on the department's local systems or network share

5. Termination

This agreement terminates automatically if:

The license period expires without renewal
The department breaches any term of this agreement
The department requests termination in writing

Upon termination, the department may retain any case content they created.

Signatures

By signing below, the Authorizing Person confirms they have authority to enter this agreement on behalf of the Licensee Department and that the department accepts the responsibilities outlined above.
