24 hour enabled does not reflect everywhere on app

Describe your issue

When the app settings 24 hour is enabled, the time is not represented in 24 hour format everywhere in the app.

Steps to reproduce

1. Run the app.
2. Enable 24 hour time format in settings page.
3. Navigate the app to the task details page and you will see that all times are in 12 hour format.

What was the expected result?

The 24 hour format should be reflected all over the app.
