node ecosystem is difficult to maintain and administrate. Migrating to php would provide several advantages
-php has fewer breaking changes whereas minor node updates have been observed to break
-php has standard library reducing dependency issues
-integration with apache providing unified logs
-streamline backend codebases

considering drupal for php dat basis but drupal devs considering dropping support for iis https://www.drupal.org/about/core/blog/rfc-remove-support-for-windows-in-production-in-drupal-11
