Hi. I would suggest using the Erase function in the programming software, and then programming it again. I would guess the config data is corrupted and can't be written to. Erase will delete it and make a fresh one. |

I’m currently using my second 4.3B unit.
I gave the one I previously used to a friend.
However, on this newly acquired 4.3B, the web configuration doesn’t save.
I’m trying to control MIDI CC using the Chocolate MIDI Pedal, so I enabled "MIDI CC on BT" in the MIDI settings and clicked "Save and Reboot".
But after rebooting, the 4.3B reverts to the previous settings.
Do you know why this might be happening?
I tested other menus as well, and it’s the same — none of the settings are saved.
It only works when I use it to control the Tonex One in real time.
Any kind of environment/configuration setting doesn’t get saved.
I’ve tried firmware versions from 1.08 to 1.10, and the issue remains the same.
There’s something additional I found.
When I change the amp image directly on the device, the change persists even after rebooting.
However, when I modify the text in the description box, it always resets to just the word “Description” after a reboot.
Could this be a hardware issue? Or is there a way to fix it?
It’s such a strange problem.
