Process of creating in GCloud, installing dependencies, and alleviating the weird problems along the way.

May also want to include some info for enabling the service for admins. Dealing with everything to approve the app is a simple but hard-to-explain ordeal, and having something to send to a GSuite admin would be really helpful.
