Add another level of ownership with NOCs

NOCs would own Pages and Pages would when own Pageboxes. So the front page would display the different NOCs available and so on.

Such as:

Production Control has their NOC and Networking has another.

Why not just have multiple apps? One per NOC.

Good question... this was just something @tbielawa and I were talking about once - adds question tag.

Kinda adds a Software as a Service element to it if it supports multiple NOCs from one installation.

And, it really just increases the value of the product as a whole. Saves time and resources. Self service. etc etc etc.
