Add ultraVNC as alternative to TigerVNC

i didn't try yet replacing tigervnc exe with ultravnc exe but can it be a solution?
Should it work?
I didn't use Tiger till now, usually on ultravnc because my collab use that. I'll try Tiger but from a fast search it seems they have different advanced features, so probably this is not a bad idea (?)

@HelloWorldOmega It is not possible to simply replace the exe. I have it working with some changes. I see a problem with the scaling / centring of the view.... I will turn this into an issue and try to look into it when I have more time.
