401 on IssueHunt PR submission for liu971227-sys (BoostNote-App #1149)

IssueHunt submission returns HTTP 401 for my account (please help reset account-session mapping).

What I already tried:

1. Disabled proxy/VPN and retried.
2. Logged out/in GitHub and IssueHunt.
3. Cleared cookies + local storage for issuehunt.io and oss.issuehunt.io.
4. Retried with clean browser profile/incognito.
5. Revoked and re-authorized IssueHunt OAuth in GitHub settings.

Result is still 401 at PR submission on IssueHunt.
Please reset/fix my account auth mapping on the IssueHunt side.

I can provide the browser network screenshot and failed request details on request.
