BPTimer not updating

Enabled the option to push to BPtimer, but does not seem to work for Bosses. Tried a new install and asked Guildies if it does push for them, neither seem to have got it working. Could this be fixed? I'd like to run one app and not BPcompanion as well on the side.

I have not been able to reproduce this issue. Others I have asked about it also have not encountered it. Can you confirm the following details:

• What game server are you playing on?
• What ZDPS version are you using (make sure it matches the server season)?
• Have you enabled both BPTimer Enabled and BPTimer Field Boss HP Reports?

Additionally, after encountering the issue, please upload a copy of your ZDPS_log.txt (or ZDPS_log_last_run.txt). This will allow me to look to see what, if any, errors may be occurring for you.

It's also worth mentioning the BPTimer website has been running into issues lately with random downtime for people connecting from various parts of the world.

Server Global, ZDPS latest you got up on github: Release v0.1.5.0, and enabled the two suggested options.

Ok, next time the issue occurs please send the log file so it can be looked at.

Also something to perhaps keep in mind, Boss HP is only reported every 5% (100%, 95%, 90%, etc.). BPTimer does not allow other increments to be sent. So when you do encounter a boss, make sure to hit at least one of those HP Thresholds if it's not a fresh spawn.

Looking at your log, many of the BPTimer reports were successful. However a pretty decent number of them were getting the "Conflict" status. This means someone else in the area was reporting a different HP value, typically lower, before you (and potentially was a fake or wrong value). Can you provide any additional context for when you're seeing an issue? I assume what you're experiencing is seeing the HP value of bosses not decrease on the website or is it something else?

So I tried going to world bosses that were fresh. I started the boss. And the website didn't even show that it was green/started nor did it update even after I solo-ed bosses. It just doesn't take away health, it doesn't flag them as being killed. Tried this before on nappos and it wouldn't update the page. Had to manually go into discord and do SNappo Lx %90 to trigger annevent on the site.

@InstaQ, Please give this a try again with the new V0.1.6.0 update. There were a lot of changes and one or more of them may have helped address this issue.

This issue has been present for me for a few weeks, running V0.1.6.0, global server, tried enabling/disabling the integration.

Please retest this in the latest release of 0.1.7.0. It has a number of changes to improve the reporting reliability.

It still has not worked. v0.1.7.1.
BPSR SEA Steam, Silver Nappo, L14. Hit several times, but it did not appear in BPTimer.
Tried while I was switching from BPSR "Global" Launcher to BPSR Sea Steam, then restarted ZDPS (this current log), but no joy.

@lloyddunamis that log file was very helpful in seeing why it failed to report to BPTimer. The position data for the monster was missing. I have a few ideas why this might have happened. However, if you can send a few more logs of this issue happening that would be very helpful in verifying the cause.

If the cause ends up being what I think it is, then this issue should end up already resolved in the next update.

OK, I got more for confirmations.

1. [Global] GoldNappo L13 East AndraCity, partial HP.
2. [Global] GoldNappo L5 BrigandScoutLeader, partial HP. Unsure if success or not, someone else must be submitting so BPTimer website picked this up. However, when I transferred to another line, data in BPTimer site continued to be update, so that updating prolly didn't come from me.
3. [Global] SilverNappo L1 KanamiaRoad N of MukuScout, from entry to finish I think.

Also updated log 2 with the full log including the changing of lines & I think the eventual defeat of the GNappo, if that matters.

(edit2) Oh... Looking at all 3 logs itself and comparing it to the previous post's log, it didn't have the SubmitBPTimerRequest part anywhere, so I'm not sure if these will be helpful.
Hmm... I wonder if it's because of VPN usage, or...well, I'm unsure what triggers submission of BPtimer things: personally attacking the target_(boss or mythical creature)_ or have it at least be within vicinity, and/or if ZDPS should have detected map/line change before encountering the target, or someway else.
...or eh, maybe I'm getting ahead of myself and the logs are usable anyway.
