Feat: Add a verbose mode

While trying to debug why some argument orders for the pre-commit hook results in fixes and some not, I wasn't able to use a verbose mode, or very verbose mode, to see what files were found/checked/skipped, etc.

You can do something along these lines with --print-config as long as there are some sources provided (see my answer in #124 about --). Example:
