Feat: Respect indent_size from .editorconfig file

It would be useful if .editorconfig settings could be respected with this tool. It might not align with what this project wants, and I'm unsure how good of an idea it would be, but I'm opening the discussion here.

I'll consider it but I'd like to remind that there is already .gersemirc and beyond indentation style there are some important settings that I don't know yet if they can be expressed in .editorconfig. I'd probably like to avoid spreading configuration into more than one file because right now there's just clear precedence:

• 1 (lowest) defaults
• 2 relevant .gersemirc
• 3 (highest) command line arguments.

Anyways, I know our repo still will need to define the indent size in .editorconfig for the files linted/formatted by gersemi, as we know that if the contributors' editors don't automatically define an indent, we end up with different sizes anyways, only causing an extra round of review. I added the rule section to our .editorconfig files, but I had to duplicate the same choice in the args set in pre-commit. (Because of the small amount of config, we didn't bother to create a config file to clutter the root of the repository). Some tools allow to avoid that duplication by respecting .editorconfig. Thus the (unclear) feature request
