TextArea field missing in CMS Page after fresh Sylius 2.1.7 install with CMS Plugin 1.1.4

I installed fresh Sylius 2.1.7 and Sylius CMS Plugin 1.1.4.
I upgraded Trix to v2.1.15.

But in the CMS → Pages → Edit, I do not see the textarea field (Trix editor input). It shows only type dropdown but no editor field.

This happens even on a clean installation.
