Mechanism to report which registry entries lack a bio.tools tool ID #14
Description
I don't mind what mechanism, but just some automated way so I can get a list of entries which currently lack a bio.tools tool ID (these we then take a look at on bio.tools side, creating new entries as needed).
(a step before this of course is ensuring as many of existing BioContainers entries as possible have bio.tools tool ID annotations)
Hope this is this the right tracker to ask this.
