[UI/Options] Feature Request: Option to add border to statusbars #165

Specifications of request
It would be really nice to be able to add borders to the statusbars, as these help periferal view grab attention and information which, to some, would prevent these to seem somewhat blurry/liquid.
For context: Im currently using ElvUI, and ive set pretty much all my addons and weakauras up to use the same layout in regards to fonts/background/borders. Most addons and weakauras has a dropdown list of border options - this would more or less be what im requesting 😄
What version of the addon are you using? (Stating 'latest' is not useful)
