Suggesting to use the async method if exists with ConfigureAwait(true) #16

Hi,

when you are refactoring UI code with the "Suggesting to use the async method if exists" feature, you may not want a ConfigureAwait(false).
Would it be possible to add a child menu point "With ConfigureAwait(true)" like the ReSharper Menu "Disable once with comment" and as a childmenu you have "Disable in file with commant" etc.?
